At Continental Court Reporters, Inc., we are experienced in remote depositions. We host your deposition in one of our virtual rooms where all attendees will connect and be able to see and hear each other. Our Zoom hosts are able to share documents and exhibits across everyone’s screen so that all attendees are looking at the same thing.
Invited Parties can connect via computer, iPad, videoconference unit or a smartphone, with up to 100 connections available per virtual room using their link and password.
Secure links, passwords, hosts, and locking of virtual rooms by our Team Host once all parties have joined the meeting will ensure your security and privacy. Private Breakout Rooms can also be arranged and are secure.
We provide a host for your remote deposition whose focus is making sure there are no issues with the remote session. Our host can present documents for both sides and share the documents as they are presented so there is no need to share all of your confidential documents ahead of time. If you request video, our professional videographer will ensure the recording is consistent with in-person deposition protocol.
